Elevati Escapes is a curated marketplace connecting travelers with exceptional property owners and verified content creators (Elevati Explorers). We facilitate bookings but are not a party to the rental agreement between guests and property owners.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Elevati Escapes reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All bookings are subject to property owner approval and availability. Payments are processed securely through our payment partners. Cancellation policies vary by property and are displayed at the time of booking.
Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. Elevati Escapes curates but does not guarantee the accuracy of all listing information. We reserve the right to remove listings that do not meet our curation standards.
Elevati Explorers participate in our creator program subject to separate creator agreements. Collaboration terms, compensation, and content rights are governed by individual agreements between creators and property owners, facilitated by Elevati Escapes.
All content on the Elevati Escapes platform, including text, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to Elevati Escapes. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.
Elevati Escapes is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
